  Sign in to the computer by using an account that has administrator rights. In some cases, the startup repair option in Windows 7 may not be available.  

Windows 7 wont start in normal mode free -

 

If you do not have a Windows 7 disk you can borrow a friends as they are not copy protected. Also you can make a repair disk on another computer. Retry Startup Repair after Chkdsk.
