I'm trying to get a second monitor working on my computer, but nothing seems to work. I've checked, and my monitor should be compatiable with DVI-D. It is an AOC My computer does not detect a second monitor at all, despite my efforts. Any idea how to resolve this? This thread is locked.

I just installed Windows 7 a few days ago. Now it will not detect monitors plugged into my second video card after I restart it worked for a about a day. I have installed the latest 2 versions of the drivers from ATI several times and the monitor starts the way it should every time, but that only lasts until the reboot then I'm back where I started. I've been through the display settings Window and Catalyst Control Center and they only show 1 of the 4 available displays where I usually have 4 regardless of actual devices.

Both video cards will display in the device manager though and have. This could have happened because of an update, but I've been through them and none have anything to do with the video cards at least in the title. This seems to be a driver issue. Try the following steps. Do not unplug the monitor.
